Alhamdullilah! Pakistan Hi-Tech Hybrid Seed Association “PHHSA” has been granted License No. 304 on 8 February 2022 and feels humbled to be the founding Chairman of the Association.

On behalf of the Executive Committee and valued Members grateful to the Regulator, Directorate General of Trade Organizations, Ministry of Commerce and his entire team for the grant of license after meeting following prescribed rules and procedure.

It is a matter of pride for the entire business community of the Hi-Tech Hybrid Seed Sector, especially the member companies who have extended overwhelming support in the formation of PHHSA as a national trade body which is the only sector-specific trade body and is committed to continuing working for the attainment of its aims and objectives.

We are committed with full dedication to serving the Seed Sector and shall make our best endeavours for advocating and resolving key issues being faced by the Seed sector. For this purpose, we would try to develop close coordination, cooperation and regular interaction with all stakeholders in particular the Regulators, Ministry of National Food Security and Research, Provincial Agriculture Departments, Agriculture Universities, Agriculture Research Institutes, Federal Board of Revenue, Provincial Food Departments, Federal and Provincial Seed Certification and Registration Departments to achieve business-friendly policy framework.

Our vision and mission will lead to creating a vibrant Hi-Tech Hybrid Seed sector ensuring a sustainable and efficient supply chain of quality Seeds to the Farmers for better yield.
